This unit has rain gutters built into the unit as well as L.E.D. lighting for the keypad.  It also has a built in back-lit paper directory.  Built to be in direct weather, this is a great unit for a gooseneck!  Visitors contact the desired tenant by entering a simple directory code gained from the built-in directory. The resident then grants or denies access. The resident can utilize keyless entry by using the individually assigned access code entered on the Minipak's keypad.
